Frequently Asked Questions

Q: What’s the difference between pressure washing and soft washing?

A: Pressure washing uses high-pressure water for tough surfaces like concrete, while soft washing uses low pressure and eco-friendly solutions that safely clean delicate surfaces like siding, roofs, and wood.  Using the correct psi is important to ensure there is no damage during cleaning.

Q: How often should I have my home washed?

A: Most homeowners schedule exterior washing once a year to maintain curb appeal and prevent mold, mildew, and algae buildup. Roofs often last 2–3 years between cleanings.

Q: Are you licensed and insured?

A: Absolutely. WASHPRO is fully licensed and carries an insurance policy for your protection.

Q: Do you guarantee your work?

A: Yes. We offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If you’re not happy, we’ll make it right.

Q: Can you remove rust, oil, or graffiti stains?

A: Yes, we do restoration projects.  We have specialty treatments designed to remove stubborn stains from concrete, brick, and other surfaces.

Q: Do you clean gutters, windows, or fences?

A: Yes, we offer add-on services like gutter brightening, fence restoration, and exterior window cleaning to give your property a full refresh.

How do you handle scheduling?

A: Most jobs can be scheduled within a week. During peak spring/fall seasons, we recommend booking early.  You do not need to be present while the work is being performed.

How do you handle payments?

A: We accept all major credit cards, checks, and cash.  For larger projects we require a % up front and invoices can be paid online for your convenience.
